Windows
- Connect the Ricoh Theta to your computer using the USB cable.
- Wait for Windows to detect the device. You should see a pop-up in the lower right corner. Click "Open device to view files".
- Navigate to: This PC > RICOH THETA > DCIM > RICOH.
- Select the images you want, right-click to copy and paste them into your desired folder on your computer.

Mac
Option 1: Using Photos App
- Connect the Ricoh Theta to your Mac computer.
- Open the Photos app (or it may open automatically).
- Select your Ricoh Theta under Devices.
- Choose the images and click "Import All" or select individual files to import.
Option 2: Using Image Capture
Open Image Capture (Applications > Utilities).
Select Ricoh Theta from the device list.
Select the images you want.
Click "Import" or "Import All" to save them to a folder. Your images will be transferred and are ready for use.

Transferring Images via the THETA App
- Open the Theta app on your smartphone.
- The shooting screen will appear.
- Tap the "x" icon in the upper-left corner.
- A timeline of transferred images will be displayed under "Device images."
- Tap "Cam images" to view images stored in the camera’s internal memory.
- Tap the selection icon to open the selection screen.
- Select the images you want to transfer.
- You can select multiple images; a check mark will appear for each selected image.
- Tap the "Select All" button to select all images.
- Tap the "Cancel" button to clear all selections.

- Tap "Transfer" to begin the process.
- The app will display the transfer progress on screen.
- Open your phone’s Photos or Gallery app to confirm the images were transferred.
