MiSphere / MadVenture Camera: How to clear contents

The MadVenture 360 app is no longer available for download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. As a result, camera contents can no longer be managed through the mobile app. This article explains how to clear your MiSphere/MadVenture camera's storage by manually deleting files from the microSD card using a computer. 

Steps:

  1. Power off the camera.
  2. Remove the microSD card from the camera.
  3. Insert the microSD card into a computer using an SD card adapter or card reader.
  4. Open the SD card in File Explorer (Windows) or Finder (Mac).
  5. Locate the photos and videos stored on the card.
  6. Delete the files you no longer need to free up storage.
  7. Empty the computer's Recycle Bin/Trash if necessary to ensure the files are permanently removed.
  8. Safely eject the microSD card from your computer.
  9. Reinsert the microSD card into the camera before using it again.
