      Here are the most common reasons your comments could be missing in a tour:

      • No comments or notes were added to the 360 image. You may have to add the comments and notes to each of the 360 images in order for the comment pop-ups to appear. Please read our "How to add comments" article for more information.
      • The tour needs to be uploaded. You may have to upload the tour again after adding comments and notes to the tour, especially when the tour was uploaded prior to adding comments.
