Here are the most common reasons your comments could be missing in a 360° tour:
- No comments or notes were added to the 360° image. You may have to add the comments and notes to each of the 360° images in order for the comment pop-ups to appear. Please read our "How to add comments" article for more information.
- The project needs to be uploaded. You may have to upload the project again after adding comments and notes to the 360° tour, especially when the project was uploaded prior to adding comments.
