I do not see all my projects on the projects list

Here are possible reasons why you cannot see all the projects created by you in the DocuSketch app or web portal:

  • You may be logged into a different account. Log into the account you previously used to create projects. This is common when a new account is created.
  • The projects were created under an admin type of account. In this case, the tours created by an admin account would have to be privately shared with you in order for you to view the project. Contact your Office admin or Owner to do so for you. Please note that this only applies if you have an employee type of account.
  • You have logged out of the app without uploading the project. Logging out or reinstalling the app while a project is pending for an upload may delete the project.
