What Could Have Gone Wrong
Here is a list of the most common reasons why a project hasn't been fully uploaded:
- Battery died during upload.
- Screen locked during upload.
- Received phone calls or texts while uploading.
- Slow upload speed.
- Internet connectivity issues.
How to Resolve the Issue
All you need to do is to upload the project again. Here's how:
If you see the "Upload needed" tag on the top left hand side of the project thumbnail, tap on the 3 dots at the bottom right corner of the project thumbnail and select "Upload:"
Please note that you can only upload the project again if you see the yellow "Upload needed" status:
If you are not seeing this indicator, you may need to do the following:
- Add additional 360° images to your project if necessary.
- Update the project details to trigger this status (change tour name, add comments, etc).
Please read our "How to update the project information and details?" article to learn more about making changes to your project.
