I didn’t receive my password reset email

A password reset email is sent to the email keyed into the email field:

  • If the email exists as an active account, you will receive the password reset email.
  • If you haven't received the email, you may want to check the spam or junk folder. You will have to make sure you have access to the email inbox to do this.
  • If you haven't received anything, it might be possible that the email you've keyed in, is not associated with any existing DocuSketch account.
