How to deactivate an account

To deactivate an account, you will need the main admin account or an office account to do so.

Under the "Admin" section, look for the account you wish to deactivate:

Select the "Edit profile" option under the actions column:

Click on the "Deactivate" button:

To delete your main admin account, you will need to send request to our support desk at help@docusketch.com.
