Here are possible reasons why you cannot access your account:
- No active subscription. To have an active account, you need to have at least one active DocuSketch subscription. If you would like to get one, you can contact our sales line at 888-400-8858 extension 1 to book a demo. The email used to subscribe is automatically designated as the main admin user account.
- No account exists. If you already have an active subscription, you may create additional accounts through the main admin user account. The main admin user account has an ability to create additional users for their employees. You'll need to create at least one office account under the admin account before you are able to create additional employee user accounts. For additional reference, please read our Account Management & Billing guides.
- Account is deactivated. There are two common reasons for an account ton be deactivated. First,the administrator of your company might have deactivated it. Contact the team or employee who is in charge of the admin account in your company to learn if they did it. Second, your account could have been deactivated automatically due to themonthly invoices remaining unpaid. To avoid account deactivation, contactour billing or support team to learn what might have caused it and what can be done to resolve the issue.
- Incorrect login details. One reason for being unable to access the account is inputting incorrect login details. Incorrect login details would prompt an error. One way to get through this is to use the "Forget password" option. You will get a notification by email asking you to update your password. Once updated, you may need to login again with your new password. Check if you are also using the correct email. Typos on the email can potentially cause this. You may check with our help desk or your office admin to see if your email is an existing DocuSketch account.
