Quick Setup Checklist: Photos Look Too Dark or Too Bright
When to Turn HDR ON
Turn HDR ON if:
The room is dark
There are bright windows and dark corners
The lighting is uneven (mixed light sources)
HDR helps brighten dark areas and balance lighting.
Note: Photos will take a little longer to capture.
Note: HDR is only available in Single Shot Mode.
When to Turn HDR OFF
Turn HDR OFF if:
The room is already well-lit
Photos look “washed out” or too bright
You are shooting outdoors in full daylight
If photos look overly bright or hazy, try turning HDR off and retake one test image.
