What you can do
Send an email to the DocuSketch Support Helpdesk at help@docusketch.com with the following information:
- Project/Sketch details (Project ID, Request ID, Project name, Project creator)
- Issue with the project
- Incorrect measurement
- Incorrect room name
- Missing cabinets
- No ceiling heights
- Any reference layout or a hand drawn sketch for us to follow (if available)
- Other important details
The support team will acknowledge and forward your concern to the drafting team to make the necessary changes needed to the sketch.
What's next?
You will receive an email notification that the sketch has been updated and delivered. Please take the time to check if all concerns are addressed in the updated file. If not, make sure to let the support team know so they can update the file once more.
