I uploaded additional images to my tour. Why is the sketch not updated?

How it works
Make sure that the tour is re-uploaded after adding new images. You can check this by accessing the DocuSketch 360 live tour from your DocuSketch app or from the DocuSketch web portal.
Our system does not automatically update sketches for newly added images in a tour. Once you have successfully re-uploaded the tour from the DocuSketch app, you can then reach out to the support team by emailing us at help@docusketch.com or you could chat us here or from the DocuSketch app. Do include the tour ID of the sketch that needs to be updated.
You should receive a response from the support team that the tour was successfully forwarded to the drafting team.
What's next?
You will then receive an email notification as soon as your sketch is updated and delivered. Please take the time to check if all of the images were successfully added to the sketch.
Note:
We cannot sketch what we cannot draw. Please ensure that you are connected to a stable internet connection when uploading your tour to avoid missing rooms and photos.
