I Uploaded Additional 360° Images to My Project. Why is the Sketch not Updated?

How it works

Our system does not automatically update sketches for newly added 360° images to a project.

Once you have successfully re-uploaded the project in the DocuSketch app, you can then reach out to the support team by emailing us at help@docusketch.com or you could chat with us here or in the DocuSketch app. Do include the tour ID of the sketch that needs to be updated.

You should receive a response from the support team that the project was successfully forwarded to the drafting team.

What's next?

You will then receive an email notification as soon as your sketch is updated and delivered. Please take the time to check if all of the 360° images were successfully added to the sketch.

NotePlease ensure that you are connected to a stable internet connection when uploading your project to avoid missing rooms and 360° images.
