      Logging into DocuSketch

      On the mobile app

      The latest version of the DocuSketch mobile app should be installed on your mobile device to ensure optimal performance of the system.

      1. Go to App Store or Google Play.
      2. Search for DocuSketch.
      3. Download the app and install it.
      4. Open the app after installation.
      5. The login screen will appear. Log in using the credentials provided to you via email.
      6. You will land on the main dashboard where you can create new tours or access old ones.

      On the web portal

      1. To open the DocuSketch web portal, first open an internet browser.
      2. Type app.docusketch.com in the address bar (you can also log in at www.docusketch.com).
      3. Log in with the username and password provided to you via email.
      4. Note that these credentials are identical to those used to log in to the app on your mobile device.
