Xactimate

  • Once an estimate is completed, DocuSketch will email the user who created the estimate request a .ESX file and a rough draft PDF of the estimate.
  • Both of these documents will also be available on your DocuSketch Web Portal upon completion of the estimate.
  • To import the estimate .ESX, follow the same process used for importing the sketch .ESX.

Symbility (ClaimsConnect)

  • Symbility (ClaimsConnect) estimates are not stored within DocuSketch as the .fml file type. Symbility does not support line items at this time.
  • All Symbility (ClaimsConnect) estimates are required to be written within your Symbility login. You will still receive an email notification once the estimate is completed.
