How to Deactivate a User

Users cannot be deleted in the DocuSketch system but they can be deactivated. Deactivation means that the user will not be able to log into their account and subsequently will lose acces to the system.

To deactivate a user, select the "Users" tab in the top navigation bar and click the "edit" button next to the user:

Click the "Deactivate" button to deactivate the account:

A confirmation window will appear. Click “Deactivate” to confirm your choice:

If you want to reactivate an account, just go to the same editing page and click the "Reactivate" button:
