How to Move Users Between Offices

Note: Only Company Administrators can move users between offices.

Open Web Portal. Select the "Users" tab in the top navigation bar. Find the user you would like to move to another office and click the "Edit" button:

Click the "Primary office" dropdown, select the office to which you would like to move the user and click "Save" to apply the change:
