How to Check Your Subscription Plan

To check your subscription plan, go to the Subscription page.

To access it, click "Company" in the top navigation bar, then select "Subscription" from the dropdown menu:

The Subscription page provides an overview of your company's current plan, billing cycle, included credits, add-on pricing, and payment details. This page helps you understand what services you have access to and how your account is billed.

Overview

Current Billing Cycle

  • Displays the start and end dates of your current billing period.

  • Charges and renewals apply within this timeframe.

Company ID

  • A unique identifier for your company.

  • Useful when contacting support regarding billing or account questions.


Main Plan

This section summarizes your active subscription plan.

Plan Name & Status

  • Shows your current plan (e.g., Express 20 – no hardware).

  • ACTIVE indicates the plan is currently in good standing.

Monthly Cost

  • Displays your recurring monthly subscription fee.

  • Includes your base service credits.

Renewal Date

  • Indicates when your plan will automatically renew.


Included Credits & Services

Your plan includes a set amount of monthly usage credits, such as:

  • 360° Tours – Number of tours included per billing cycle

  • Sketches – Credits available for sketch generation

  • Delivery Type – Standard or overnight delivery options

These credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
