How to Read Billing Reports

To access your billing reports, click "Company" in the top navigation bar, then select "Billing Reports":

Filtering & Navigation Tools

Status Filter

  • Filter reports by billing status (e.g., Paid, Upcoming, Overdue).

  • Helpful when reviewing unpaid or pending charges.

Date Filter

  • Narrow reports to a specific date or billing period.

  • Useful for monthly accounting or reconciliation.

Clear Filters

  • Resets all applied filters and shows the full billing history.

Generate Report

  • Creates a downloadable billing summary for your selected filters.

Pagination & Sorting

  • Adjust how many records are shown per page.

  • Sort reports by Created Date (newest to oldest).


Understanding the Billing Table

Each row in the table represents one billing record.

Dates Column

Shows key timestamps related to the charge:

  • Created – When the charge was generated

  • Due – When payment is required

  • Paid – When payment was completed (if applicable)

Status Column

Indicates the payment state of the charge:

  • Upcoming – A pending charge that has not been billed yet

  • Paid – Payment has been successfully completed

  • (Other statuses may appear depending on billing state)

Details Column

Breaks down what the charge is for, such as:

  • Number of 360° tours used

  • Number of sketch credits used

  • Number of projects billed

Note: Hover over the info icons to see additional usage details.

Type Column

Identifies the billing category:

  • Subscription – Your recurring monthly plan charge

  • Usage – Pay-as-you-go charges for services beyond plan limits

Invoice Column

  • Displays a link to the invoice provider (e.g., Zoho).

  • Click to view or download the official invoice.

Total Column

  • Shows the total amount charged for that billing record.

  • Color-coded for quick reference:

    • Green = Paid

    • Standard = Upcoming or unpaid

Row Expansion (›)

  • Click the arrow at the end of a row to view full charge details.


Common Billing Scenarios

Subscription Charges

  • Appear once per billing cycle.

  • Marked as Subscription.

  • Typically higher amounts covering plan fees.

Usage Charges

  • Appear when usage exceeds plan limits.

  • Marked as Usage.

  • Usually smaller, itemized charges.

Multiple Entries in One Month

  • Normal if your account has both:

    • A subscription renewal

    • Additional usage charges


Tips for Reviewing Your Billing

  • Review Upcoming charges before the billing cycle ends.

  • Use filters to isolate Usage charges if costs increase unexpectedly.

  • Download reports monthly for accounting and reconciliation.


When to Contact Support

Reach out to support if:

  • Charges appear incorrect

  • Usage does not match your activity

  • An invoice link is missing or inaccessible

  • A charge remains unpaid after payment
