Comments in the 360° Editor

Comments are information tags users can set on any given 360° image to add emphasis or details on a portion of the room or image. Some of the reasons comments are added to tours include showcasing additional promotional videos, adding still photographs and detailed images, or adding text details and information.

How to add comments

Select a room to which the comment should be applied and click the comment button:

Position the comment icon on the desired location by clicking and holding, then moving it to where it should be applied:

Upload a photo or video of up to three minutes to a comment by clicking "Upload photo/video" and locating the file to be attached:

Note: Accepted image files include JPG and PNG. Accepted video files include AVI, MPR, and WMV.

Select a comment category (Note, Cause of Loss, Moisture, Equipment or Contents):

Type your comment in the description box:

Click "Create" to complete the process:

How to edit comments

Locate the image that contains the comment to edit. Click on the comment in the 360° image:

Click on the pencil icon:

Re-upload photo or video, edit comment category, and edit text description as needed:

Click on the "Save changes" button when done updating the comment:

You may also click "Delete comment" to remove the existing comment if this is the desired update:
