360° Editor: How to Add and Edit Comments

How to Add Comments

Open the 360° Editor, open the room to which the comment should be added and click the comment button:

Position the comment icon on the desired location by clicking and holding, then moving it to where it should be added:

Upload a photo or video of up to three minutes to a comment by clicking "Upload photo/video" and finding the file to be attached:

Note: Accepted image files include JPG and PNG. Accepted video files include AVI, MPR, and WMV.

Select a comment category (Note, Cause of Loss, Moisture, Equipment or Contents):

Type your comment in the description box:

Click "Create" to complete the process:

How to Edit Comments

Find the room (360° image) that contains the comment to edit. Click the comment in the 360° image:

Click the pencil icon:

Re-upload photo or video, edit comment category, and edit text description as needed:

Click on the "Save changes" button when done updating the comment:

You can also click "Delete comment" to remove the existing comment if this is the desired update:
