There are several things you can do if your camera will not power on:
- Check camera power. It could be that the camera is low on power. Plug the camera in to a charger for 1-2 hours and power it on to see if it works after charging.
- Check operating conditions. The camera may not function as well in temperature extremes.
- Has the camera been dropped? Blunt impacts may cause the camera to malfunction.
