Every DocuSketch subscription includes several pools of credits. Credits are DocuSketch's internal currency, which you receive upon paying for your subscription. One of these pools is the sketch credit pool filled with sketch credits. Sketch credits are spent on sketch requests.
One sketch credit covers up to 2,500 square feet of the property for which you request a sketch. This means that the price for your requested sketch depends on the size of the floor area of the property.
The minimum charge is one sketch credit per sketch. For example, for a 1,000 sq. ft. property DocuSketch will charge one sketch credit because the floor area is under 2,500 sq. ft.
However, if the property size, for instance, is 6,804 sq. ft., DocuSketch will charge three sketch credits — one sketch credit for every 2,500 sq. ft.:
As a result, the number of sketch credits per sketch request depends on the total floor area of the property. DocuSketch calculates this based on the following breakdown:
- Properties between 1 and 2,500 sq. ft. require 1 sketch credit.
- Properties between 2,501 and 5,000 sq. ft. require 2 sketch credits.
- Properties between 5,001 and 7,500 sq. ft. require 3 sketch credits.
Basically, for every additional 2,500 sq. ft., another sketch credit is required.
Note: Sketch credits from the same pool are also used for roof and exterior sketches.
