Send a Project to Another DocuSketch Account
The "Send project" feature allows you to hand off a project — such as a 360 Tour, Sketch, or Estimate — to another DocuSketch user in a different company. The recipient receives a copy in their own account, independent from yours. The recipient must have a DocuSketch account — their email is what you'll enter when sending.
How to send a project
In the "Active projects" list, locate the project you want to send. Click the "More" button on the project tile and select "Send project":

The "Send project" modal opens. Review the "What transfers with the copy" panel to see what will be included — the 360 Tour, any completed Sketch, and any completed Estimate. Items still in progress are shown, but won't be copied:

Enter the recipient's email in the "Recipient email" field and click "Send":

After sending, the recipient appears in the "Recipients" list at the bottom of the modal with a "Sent" status. You can send the same project to multiple people by entering more emails. To cancel a Sent share before the recipient accepts, click "Revoke" on their row:

Once the recipient accepts, the status changes to "Completed (Done)" and the share can no longer be revoked.
How to accept a project
When someone sends you a project, a banner appears at the top of your "Active projects" list:

Click "Review" to open the "Received projects" list. Each card shows the project name, who sent it, what's included, and "Accept" / "Decline" buttons:

Click "Accept" to open the confirmation. The "What transfers with the copy" panel shows what you'll receive — only completed Sketches and Estimates are included. "Click "Accept — $10" to add the copy to your account."
A few minutes later, the copy appears in your "Active projects" list. The project is yours to view, edit, comment on, and keep.
What transfers — and what doesn't
When the recipient accepts, the copy includes:
The 360 Tour
Any completed Sketches (final versions)
Any completed Estimates (final versions)
The copy does not include:
✗ Sketches or Estimates that are still in progress, in a new iteration, or pending revision
✗ Private comments — these stay with the sender
What you can do with a received copy
The received copy is yours — independent of the sender's project. Changes you make won't affect the original, and changes the sender makes won't sync back. You can order new Sketches and Estimates on a received copy. Revising an existing Estimate isn't available yet — order a new Estimate to make changes instead. If you need anything else changed on the copy, contact Support.
Billing
When you accept a received project, your account is charged a $10 receive fee. The sender pays nothing.
