How to update my sketch after adding new images to the tour?

Once sketches are completed, they are not automatically updated.

If you want to add additional rooms or images to your tour, you can do it through the DocuSketch app. When it is done, you will need to send a chat message or email us at help@docusketch.com with the tour ID or tour name of the tour you need the sketch revision for.

You can find your tour ID on the tour screen in Docusketch app:

You can also easily copy tour information by tapping on the 3 dots and selecting "Copy tour information:"

Sketch revisions are usually completed within 24 business hours depending on the complexity of changes. Additional charges would apply only if there were significant changes to the sketch.
