How to Order a Camera Kit?

On Web Portal
To order a camera kit, you have to be logged in under your Owner account of your hierarchy. After logging in, click on your profile icon and choose the "Order camera kit" option:
Note: If you do not have access to the Owner account, we recommend getting in touch with the Owner user first.
USA
The process of ordering an additional camera kit differs depending on whether your account uses the Zoho or FastSpring billing system.

Zoho
USA customers that are utilizing Zoho billing system are redirected to the following additional camera kit order page:

Fastspring
USA customers that are utilizing Fastspring billing system are redirected to the following additional camera kit order page where they are asked to fill in all the pertinent fields and choose the number of camera kits they need:
Canada
Automatic camera kits order are not available for Canada at the moment. To place an order, please contact canada@docusketch.com:
On DocuSketch Landing Website
Note: Before using this method, please make sure that you have the authority within your company to order additional camera kits or have other legitimate reasons to do so.
Go to the DocuSketch Landing Website and click the "BUY NOW" button:
From the three options, select "CAMERA KIT," then click the "BUY NOW" button and fill out the order form:
After filling out the order form, click "SUBMIT REQUEST" to place the order:
