Finding tours from co-workers
If you have an employee type of account, tours do not normally automatically appear on your tour list on the DocuSketch app unless they are privately shared with you.
On the mobile app
- One way to access tours created by fellow employee type accounts is to tap on the search option on your DocuSketch app.
- This means that any tours created by your fellow employee account users will be visible and accessible to you.
On the web portal
- You may also do the same thing through the DocuSketch Web Portal.
- If you have an employee type of user account, you should have the "Office Tours" tab on your dashboard.
- Simply click on this tab and claim the job you'd like to appear on your list.
Note: only tours created under an employee user account appears under the "Office Tours" tab. If the tour you are trying to access is under an admin user, the tour owner would have to manually private share the tour with you first in order for you to see the tour on your list.
Check if your tour is uploaded
It could be possible that the tour you are looking for has not been uploaded yet. To check this, find the tour in the DocuSketch app and see if there is the Upload needed tag on the tour card:
If you see this tag, please upload the tour. If you don't know how to do it, check our How to upload a tour article.
If the information presented above does not work for you, it may be possible that:
- The tour doesn't exist.
- The tour is labelled differently.
