This section explains the process of canceling estimate requests. Please note that a cancellation can only be processed if the estimate is still pending to be produced.
To request a cancellation, simply do one of the following:
- Reach out to help@docusketch.com.
- Call the support helpline at 888-400-8858, extension 2.
- Chat with us through the DocuSketch App.
Please provide the either of the following:
- Project ID
- Sketch request ID
- Project name
Please note that the cancellation requests may be declined if the estimate is already completed or is more than 50% completed.
