How to Cancel an Estimate Request?

This section explains the process of canceling estimate requests. Please note that a cancellation can only be processed if the estimate is still pending to be produced.

To request a cancellation, simply do one of the following:

• Reach out to help@docusketch.com.
• Call the support helpline at 888-400-8858, extension 2.
• Chat with us through the DocuSketch App.

Please provide the either of the following:

• Project ID 
• Sketch request ID 
• Project name 

Please note that the cancellation requests may be declined if the estimate is already completed or is more than 50% completed.
