      Here are the most common reasons why your DocuSketch App might crash:

      • Inadequate memory space. Please check your mobile device memory space to see if there is adequate memory available to store additional data and information when creating a tour.
      • Mobile device firmware needs updating.
      • The version of your DocuSketch app may be outdated. In this case, to try to reinstall it. Make sure you do not have any tours pending for upload before reinstalling the app. Upload any pending tours first.
