Requesting a sketch

Article summary

Once you’ve uploaded your tour, you now have the option to request sketch.

On the mobile app

  1. Navigate back to your list of tours, click on the 3 dots and then find “Request sketch
  2. You will get to the sketch request screen where the "Request sketch" toggle must be toggled on.
  3. Choose one of the sketch types we provide (please note that Symbility sketch does NOT support plumbing fixtures, stairways, ceiling heights and complex cabinet shapes).
  4. If your contract includes "Overnight delivery," you can turn it on by tapping on the related toggle to get your sketch faster.
  5. Tap on the "Confirm" button.
  6. Sketch pricing is dependent on your subscription and the size of your tour.

You will receive an email confirming your order. Once your sketch is ready, another email will be delivered notifying you that the sketch has been applied to your tour.

On the web portal

To request a sketch on the web portal, find the project you want to request a sketch for and select "Request sketch":

Choose sketch type you need and then click on "Request"
