I'm getting errors when taking 360° images

There might be different reasons why you're getting errors when taking pictures. Take a look at the information below to learn what you can do to solve the issue.
Check if the camera is connected to your device
If you need help with connecting the camera, please refer to the "Connecting Camera to Your Device" articles.
Check if your camera storage has enough free space
On Computer
- Plug the camera into your computer using the camera cable.
- Open the camera drive on your computer and check if the camera's storage is full of images.
- If it is full, you may select all the images in the camera drive and delete them all. This will clean up the storage.
On Mobile Device
Tap the "Camera" option in the DocuSketch app and check the SD card storage capacity:

Check the DocuSketch permissions on your mobile device
In order to check whether you granted all permissions to the DocuSketch app on your device, please follow these steps:
iOS
Open Settings > Privacy > Local Network > Ensure that the DocuSketch app is enabled.
Android
- Open Settings.
- Tap "Apps."
- Tap the DocuSketch App (If you can't find it, tap "See all apps" and then, select the DocuSketch app).
- Tap "Permissions:" If you allowed or denied any permissions for the app, you’ll find them here. To change a permission setting, tap on it, then choose "Allow" or "Don't allow."
Check if you have the latest version of the DocuSketch app
Tap the Settings tab > About DocuSketch > You can find your current app version on the About screen.
- Now it's time to compare the version of your installed app and the latest released one. To find the latest release number go to App Store or Google Play market and find the DocuSketch app there.
- If you find out that you aren't using the latest version of our app, update it by tapping on "Update" button.
Check if your mobile device's software is up to date
iOS
- Back up your device using iCloud or your compute
- Plug your device into power and connect to the internet with Wi-Fi.
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
- If you see more than one software update option available, choose the one that you want to install.
- Tap "Install now." If you see Download and Install instead, tap it to download the update, enter your passcode, then tap Install Now. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do by reading the Apple guide.
Android
To check which Android version you have, please do the following:
- Open your phone's Settings app.
- Near the bottom, tap "System" > "System update."
- You'll see your update status. Follow any steps on the screen.
- Open your phone's Settings app.
- Near the bottom, tap "About phone" > "Android version."
- Find your "Android version," "Android security update," and "Build number."
To update your software, follow the instructions below:
- Open your phone's Settings app.
- Near the bottom, tap "System" > "System update."
- You'll see your update status. Follow any steps on the screen.
Additional troubleshooting for image capture errors
If previous steps didn't work, try:
- Resetting device network settings:
- Open Settings app on your device.
- Select "General."
- Select "Reset" > "Reset Network Settings."
- Reinstall the DocuSketch app:
- Note that you need to upload any unsaved data before reinstalling the DocuSketch app. Reinstalling the DocuSketch app will delete any tours or data which were not uploaded yet.
