Here are possible reasons why you cannot see all the tours created by you in the DocuSketch app or web portal:
- You may be logged into a different account. Log into the account you previously used to create tours. This is common when a new account is created.
- The tours were created under an admin account. In this case, the tours created by an admin account would have to be privately shared with you in order for you to view the tour. Contact your office admin to do so for you. Please note that this only applies if you have an employee type of account.
- You have logged out of the app without uploading the tour. Logging out or reinstalling the app while a tour is pending for an upload may delete the tour.
