How to order new hardware?

There are two options when ordering new hardware:
Ordering new full hardware kits
Ordering new hardware kits can be done through the DocuSketch web portal by the main admin user. To do this, simply login to your main admin user account and click on the "ORDER CAMERA" option:
If you do not have the main admin user access, we recommend getting in touch with the owner of the main admin user first.
Ordering new hardware items ala carte
To order the hardware items ala carte in case of replacements or simply to add additional spare items, please reach out to help@docusketch.com with the following details:
- Items to purchase
- Amount
- Receiver's name
- Email address
- Contact number
- Full shipping address
Please note that the hardware purchase will be shipped directly to the address keyed in upon purchase. Make sure that the shipping address is correct.
We will be providing you with a purchase link to pay for the items requested.
Once paid, an email notification with the tracking number will be sent to you within 24-48 business hours after the items have been shipped.
