How to deactivate an account

Article summary

To deactivate an account, you will need logged in under the main admin account or an office account to do so.

Open Web Portal. Navigate to the "People" tab of your top navigation bar and click "Edit profile" under the actions column:

Click the "Deactivate" button:

Note: To delete your main admin account, you will need to send request to our support desk at help@docusketch.com.
