You may change your subscription plan by sending a request to help@docusketch.com.
- Check our Subscription Plans Here: DocuSketch Subscription Plans.
If you wish to have an enterprise level deal, please specify it in your email request, so we can reach out to you to discuss details.
- Once you have sent an email with your request specifying which subscription plan you want to change to, we will send you the terms and conditions of the new plan.
- You will need to email us with a response agreeing to the terms and condition before we can make the change.
- Note that the plan changes will take into effect on the next billing cycle.
If you are interested in requesting the cancellation of your account, kindly reach out to help@docusketch.com citing your intent to cancel.
Please provide the following:
- Main Admin Username Email.
- If you are acting on behalf of the main account holder, please copy them on the request. We need their consent to proceed with the cancellation.
- Next Steps:
- The support team or an account manager will reach out to provide you with a cancellation form which you'll have to fill out.
- Once the form is filled out, we will notify you once the cancellation has been processed.
- We require at least 30 days notice prior to getting your account cancelled.
- Please also note that all files, tours, sketches, estimates and accounts under the account may be deleted or cleared after the cancellation of the account.
Note: Changing your account is only allowed once every billing cycle. Multiple requests to change subscription in the same billing cycle may not be processed.
