A modalwith a list of downloadable items will appear:

This option downloads the exterior shot added via "Attach Front View Photo" on the DocuSketch App:
360° photos

Downloading these images is useful if you wish to edit the images in photo editing software for marketing or back-up purposes.
Cubic photos
This option downloads square cut-out screenshots for each room or area in the project:
There are two downloadable options for cubic photos:
- Original - Downloads the image files in standard size.
- Compressed - Downloads the image in optimized file sizes. The resized version of the images makes it best for adding the images into an Xactimate, Corelogic (Symbility) or report file.
Clicking on this option downloads a zip file called "cubic_images.zip":
- Unzip this to your drive to extract all cubic images.
- Upon unzipping the zip file, you will notice different folders corresponding to their respective floors.
- Open a labeled floor folder to see all the rooms in that folder.
- Continue to open folders to get the desired cubic images.
Each 360° image taken actually consists of 6 individual images. These are the cubic images you have downloaded. Downloading cubic images is useful for documentation, marketing, and communication purposes.
Comment photos
Comment photos are images taken to give emphasis, documentation, or details on a specific portion of the area or room on a project. These images can be downloaded:
Unzip the file and several folders relative to the number of floors with Comment photos will appear:
And just like Cubic photos, clicking on the floors would display another list of folders that represents each room or image on that floor or area:
Sketches
Sketches can be downloaded in four ways, as shown in the image below:
Downloading sketches using the "Sketches" option returns a sketch with no measurements. All you have to do here is unzip the file. This will unpack all sketches both on jpeg and png formats. An example of a sketch without measurements:
Sketches with measurements
This option downloads the Sketches with measurements on them:
And just like the previous topic, extracting the images from the zip file would display both jpeg and png sketch images for each floor. An example of a sketch with measurements:
Xactimate Sketches
This option downloads Xactimate Sketches:
You get an Xactimate file in ".ESX" format which you may use on their platform:
This is what an Xactimate file looks like when accessed through the Xactimate platform:
Symbility Sketches
This option downloads Symbility Sketches:
You get a Symbility file in ".FML" format which you may use on the Symbility Program:
This is what a Symbility file looks like when accessed through the Symbility software:
Note: That you only get an ESX or FML file depending on which type of sketch you order or request for.
Download all
This option allows downloading all Sketch file types in one zip file:
Unzipping the file would then extract all files including regular sketches, sketches with measurements and the Xactimate files:
Estimates

An estimate can be downloaded in two formats: either PDF or ESX.
Scope of Work
This option downloads scope of work information you added via the DocuSketch App.
Latest scoping doc provides you with a Word document of the most current data you have in the app:
All scoping versions will give you a zip folder of all historical SOW data in the app:
A sample file would look like this once extracted:
