Hierarchy overview

There are two types of accounts: Admin and Field User accounts.

Admin type accounts

Admin type accounts are designed to manage tours, sketches and field user accounts. They have the ability to view all activities done by their field/sub users, modify created tours and share them.

  • The Primary/Master Admin account is automatically assigned to the email username used when the user subscribed to the system. Master Accounts are also designed to create and manage additional users.
  • Admin accounts are entitled to one "Office Account" only which is used to create additional sub users.
  • We usually recommend using an email that can be shared by the admin team for this account. An info@, office@ or admin@ account would help. The office's main purpose is to manage all tours and sketch production created by field users.

Field user accounts

  • Field User Type accounts/Sub Users are designed to create tours only. They have the ability to claim tours created by other Field/Sub users which allows them to work on other projects created by their colleagues.
  • We normally do not recommend creating 360 tours using an admin type of account mainly because any tours created by an admin aren't automatically visible to the field users. Any tours created by the field users however are visible to the admin accounts.
  • Technically tours created by an account above is not visible to the users beneath without manually sharing the tour.
