What do I do if a feature I need is not working as expected?

There are several things you can try in case the feature you need in the web portal doesn't work as expected:

  • Use incognito (private) mode in your browser.
  • Open the feature in a different browser.
  • Log in under a different account.
  • Check if the feature works on a different computer.
