Switching to the New Portal
Introducing the Web 2.0 Portal: Redefining DocuSketch. With a sleek design and improved navigation, productivity just got a major upgrade. Get ready for a seamless experience like never before.
- To access the DocuSketch web portal, start by opening your internet browser..
- Type app.docusketch.com in the address bar (you can also log in at www.docusketch.com).
- Log in using the username and password provided to you via email.
- Note:These credentials are the same ones you use to log in to the app on your mobile device. that these credentials are identical to those used to log in to the app on your mobile device.
Once you're logged in, simply click on the hyperlink that reads clicking on this link to access the updated version of the Web portal.
Note: You can revert to the Old Web Portal by clicking on your initials in the upper right-hand corner of your screen. Then, select the Switch back to the old Web Portal option from the dropdown menu.
Overview of Enhancements in the New Portal
Introducing the New Menu Bar
The side menu has been replaced with a new menu bar located at the top section of the Portal.
Optimizing Naming Conventions and Button Placement
Naming conventions for functional buttons have been updated. Please refer to the example below:
- The Play button is now Open 360°
- The Order Sketch button is now Request Sketch
- The Order Estimate button is now Request Estimate
Some buttons have been reorganized. Please see the following examples:
The Play (now Open 360°) and Edit buttons are now located on the front view photo of the project.
Additional information, including the number of floors, rooms, 360° images, comments, links, and invites, has been incorporated into the project view. Please refer to the image below for reference.
Switching Between Active and Archived Projects
Switching between your active and archived projects, now conveniently located in the Web Portal.
Enhanced Project Viewing
The 'Show More' link at the bottom of your project listing has been replaced. Now, you can customize the number of projects you can view directly.
Enhanced Search Functionality
Now, you can search for projects by partial addresses or ID numbers.
