On the mobile app
The share access option in the mobile app allows you to create a tour link that can be shared with anyone without viewing restrictions. To do that, follow these simple steps:
Tap on 3 dots on the tour thumbnail and select "Share access:"
Tap on the toggle to activate tour link and then use the "Share" button to send it:
Access to the tour can also be granted with the "Share access" button at the bottom of the tour details screen:
On the web portal
In the web portal, from your dashboard of tours, find the blue "Share" button next to each tour. Share your tours in various ways with people inside and outside of our organization. When sharing a tour, we typically recommend sharing the original tour. If timelines are created subsequent to the tour being shared, the timelines will be appended to the shared tour:
Custom link
“Custom link” allows you to create a link for someone such as a property owner or other stakeholder and customize the information that is included. For example, you can choose to share only particular units in an apartment building or condominium with an interested party.
To start this process, click the blue "Create new link" button:
At the top of the new window, enter your "Link name" in the provided window and select the appropriate radio buttons to "Show sketch" and "Show comments:"
Update the visibility of floors and rooms by checking the appropriate radio boxes. For example, share just the first floor of a condominium with the appropriate parties by selecting all rooms of the first floor:
Complete this sharing process by scrolling to the bottom of the window to "Save:"
Shareable link
"Shareable link” works similarly to the share feature in the mobile app and allows you to paste a link anywhere regardless of DocuSketch subscription. This is a general-purpose method for sharing your tour for public consumption:
Click on "Create link" to generate a link which can be publicly shared with anyone:
Private invite
"Private invite" allows administrators in your organization to share access within a team:
