Article summary

After you have taken your 360° image, notice how the image is shown on the DocuSketch app on your mobile device.

Beneath your 360° image, you will see the "Reshoot" and "Add 360° image" buttons:

If you want to look inside the 360° image you just took, click on the 360° button and move around in the image:

There will be times when it will be necessary to take multiple 360° images in a room.

To do this, find the "Add 360° image" button beneath your 360° image:

  • This feature will allow the camera to see all points of the room, including around corners and around large pieces of furniture.
  • Clicking "Add 360° image" will pull up the same shooting screens that you've used previously.
    • You only need to relocate the camera and tripod so you can take a different shot of the same room from a different angle.
    • Do this as many times as necessary to cover the entire room capturing all room corners, spaces, and openings.
    • The number of shots taken of a room will depend on the contents, layout, and size of the room.
  • When you use the “Add 360° image” feature, this process will add “subrooms” to your list of rooms in your app.
    • All of these "subrooms" are simply those additional 360° images you've taken of the same room.
