What are Profile Settings
The profile settings allow users to set the settings for their group. Depending on the account type you have, there may be some options available or unavailable to you.
Click on the profile icon with your initials on the upper right-hand corner of the DocuSketch web portal to set your profile settings:
Profile
The Profile tab allows users to set their account profile information:
Here users can set their first names, last names and change their passwords.
Appearance
The Appearance tab allows users to brand their account:
There are several menu items on the left which can be customized:
- Company logo — upload your desired company logo design here. There is no size limit for the image you wish to upload. The system automatically scales the image accordingly. We recommend keeping the logo images in the PNG format when uploading a logo into the system.
- Tripod overlay — the tripod cover hides the tripod and camera with a branded icon or image. Note that the image size for all tripod covers should not exceed 400×400 pixels, be circular in shape and in the PNG format.
Note: The Appearance tab is only available to the Owner of the hierarchy.
Notifications
The Notifications tab allow users to set who gets notified for any sketch requests or estimate orders:
Send to the Primary Owner's email address allows the main admin user of the group to be notified about the sketch order status from this account.
Send to the email address bellow — you can set up notifications for any desired email by adding it to the list.
