Email Notifications

At DocuSketch, email notifications are managed through the Web Portal and configured separately for each office.

To manage email notifications for an office, click the Offices tab at the top of the page. Then find the office you need and click the gear icon.

You will be taken to the Notifications page, where you can configure email notifications. Use the toggles next to each option to turn notifications on or off.

You can send notifications not only to your account’s email address, but also to any other email. To do this, turn on the option labeled “Email the address below when any sketch from this office is requested or delivered” to reveal the field where you can enter an email address.

Note that you can add multiple email addresses. To do this, click the “Add email” button to display additional fields.

Important: Changes on the Notifications page are not saved automatically. To apply your changes, click the “Apply” button each time you make a change; otherwise, any changes will be lost.

If you want to revert to the default settings, click the “Reset to default” button. You will still need to click the “Apply” button to save the changes.
