My tours aren't loading. What can I do?

Check if you see an "Upload needed" tag on the tour.
As long as you still have the room images on your DocuSketch app, all that is needed to be done is to upload the tour again. If you see the tag, please upload the tour again:
The tour may have been incompletely uploaded due to the following reasons:
- Battery of the camera or the mobile device died.
- The mobile device screen is locked.
- You received phone calls or texts during the upload.
- A weak upload speed interfered with the upload.
- Internet connectivity issues interfered with the upload.
Check if you have all the images on your Docusketch app.
In most cases, a tour will not load because the tour did not complete its upload. As long as you still have the room images on your DocuSketch app, all that is needed to be done is to upload the tour again.
If you don't see the image on your app but are sure you have taken the pictures, you can plug the camera into your computer to check if the images are there.
In case you don't see the "Upload needed" tag, simply update the tour by making a few changes to the tour name or room name.
