What could have gone wrong
Here is a list of the most common reasons why a tour hasn't been fully uploaded:
- Battery died during upload.
- Screen locked during upload.
- Received phone calls or texts while uploading.
- Slow upload speed.
- Internet connectivity issues.
How to resolve the issue
All you need to do is to upload the tour again. Here's how:
If you see the "Upload needed" tag on the top left hand side of the tour thumbnail, tap on the 3 dots at the bottom right corner of the tour thumbnail and select "Upload:"
Please note that you can only upload the tour again if you see the yellow "Upload needed" status:
If you are not seeing this indicator, you may need to do the following:
- Add additional images to your tour if necessary.
- Update the tour details to trigger this status (change tour name, add comments, etc).
