My tour doesn't show the timelines

Normally it is worth checking two things first when trying to find timelines:

• Do we know how to view tours in timeline mode?
• Have we created the timeline tours properly?

How to view tours in timeline mode / How to compare/contrast via timeline tours: 

• Click on the thumbnail of the original tour. 
• The compare button should be on the top right of the player.
• To learn more how to enter Virtual Tour and access comparing mode read our article.

Note:

• You can utilize the compare function on your desktop/laptop via browser at the DocuSketch web portal or the DocuSketch app when you "Enter Virtual Tour."
• Make sure that you access the original tour rather than the timeline tour.
• Accessing the timeline tour does not show the compare button.

Have we created the timeline tours properly?

• To ensure that you have a timeline tour attached to the original tour, make sure that a timeline tour is properly created. See Adding Timeline Tours.
• This ensures that the "Comparison Mode" is available on the original tour to compare and contrast your list of timeline tours attached to the original tour.
