My project does not show the timelines

Normally it is worth checking two things first when trying to find timelines:

• Do you know how to view projects in timeline mode?
• Have you created the timeline projects properly?

How to view projects in timeline mode / How to compare/contrast via timeline projects: 

• Click on the thumbnail of the original project. 
• The compare button should be on the top right of the player.
• To learn more how to enter the 360° Tour and access comparing mode read our article. 

Note:

• You can utilize the compare function on your desktop/laptop via browser at the DocuSketch web portal or the DocuSketch app when you "Enter 360."
• Make sure that you access the original project rather than the timeline project.
• Accessing the timeline project does not show the compare button.

Have we created the timeline properly?

• To ensure that you have a timeline project attached to the original project, make sure that a timeline project is properly created. See Adding Timeline Projects.
• This ensures that the "Comparison Mode" is available on the original projects to compare and contrast your list of timeline projects attached to the original project.
