How to upload your tour

After all of your photos are taken and you’ve added your additional shots and scope notes, it’s time to upload your tour.

  • Navigate back to your list of tours, click on the 3 dots and then find “Upload:

If you encounter any errors, please check the following

Check if you are connected to the internet

  • Check if you are connected to the internet by navigating to your Wi-Fi Settings and making sure you are connected to the internet WiFi, and not the camera's Wi-Fi.
  • If you are using mobile data, make sure you have good upload speed and reception.

Check upload speed

  • You may check your upload speed by using this link: Speedtest.Net.
  • The lower the upload speed the longer it may take the tour to upload as well.

Check if tour name already exists

  • You can go through your files to see if you have duplicate tour names.
  • Having duplicate names may sometimes block your ability to upload a tour.
