Finding Projects from co-workers

If you have an employee type of account, projects do not normally automatically appear on your projects list on the DocuSketch app unless they are privately shared with you.

On Mobile App

• One way to access projects created by fellow employee type accounts is to tap on the search option on your DocuSketch app.
• This means that any projects created by your fellow employee account users will be visible and accessible to you.

On Web Portal

• You may also do the same thing through the DocuSketch Web Portal.
• Projects from other user colleagues are displayed automatically on your dashboard.

Check If Your Project Is Uploaded

It could be possible that the project you are looking for has not been uploaded yet. To check this, find the project in the DocuSketch app and see if there is the Upload needed tag on the project card:

If Nothing Helps

If the information presented above does not work for you, it may be possible that:

• The project doesn't exist.
• The project is labelled differently.
• Check My project is missing. What can I do?
