Follow the following steps to download your sketch:

When your sketch is ready, find your tour in the web portal.
Click on the "Download" button and download the sketch to your computer.

How to export sketches on the Mobile App

On the tour screen under the Sketches section you can see important details such as sketch deadlines, sketch types and a visual representation of sketches:

Tap the "All sketches" button to zoom in and out on your delivered sketches and access all information about your tour sketches per floor level.

To export your sketches per floor level, tap on the sketch. You will see several options, as shown below:
