It creates a copy on the DocuSketch app and the camera thus filling up the camera. Once the camera is full, it may cause errors when attempting to take additional pictures. To avoid this, it is important to clear the camera's contents every **2 - 3 weeks** of using the camera. ### On computer 1. Plug the camera into your computer using the camera cable. 2. Open the **Camera Drive** on your computer and check if the camera's storage is full of images. Go through the folders to find the images: ![](https://cdn.document360.io/44ab0a33-ef30-48c0-a1ca-99e5e06190eb/Images/Documentation/scheme-1.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-02T00%3A29%3A04Z&se=2026-11-02T01%3A29%3A04Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=4uDY2NL1pgwiNbdEYRHk8T7AEMekVIp%2BMx5lipo%2FfYs%3D) 3. Select all the images and hit "**Delete**" on your keyboard to delete all images. Alternatively, you may right click on the selected images and click on "**Delete**": ![](https://cdn.document360.io/44ab0a33-ef30-48c0-a1ca-99e5e06190eb/Images/Documentation/Frame%203928(1).png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-02T00%3A29%3A04Z&se=2026-11-02T01%3A29%3A04Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=4uDY2NL1pgwiNbdEYRHk8T7AEMekVIp%2BMx5lipo%2FfYs%3D) ### On mobile device 1.
