How it works

Taking pictures with the 360 camera takes up space internally within the camera. It creates a copy on the DocuSketch app and the camera thus filling up the camera.

Once the camera is full, it may cause errors when attempting to take additional pictures. To avoid this, it is important to clear the camera's contents every 2 - 3 weeks of using the camera.

On computer

1. Plug the camera into your computer using the camera cable.

2. Open the Camera Drive on your computer and check if the camera's storage is full of images. Go through the folders to find the images:

3. Select all the images and hit "Delete" on your keyboard to delete all images. Alternatively, you may right click on the selected images and click on "Delete":

On mobile device

1. Install the Ricoh Theta App on your device. To do this, you may go to the App Store for iOS users or the Play Store for Android users and type "Ricoh Theta". 

2. Connect to the Ricoh Theta Camera through your Wi-Fi connection:

3. Open the Ricoh Theta app and tap on the icon with the camera and image icon in the bottom left corner of the screen:

4. Select "All" and tap the "Check" button on the top right corner of the screen:

5. Select the photos you would like to delete and tap the "Delete" button on the lower right hand side of the screen: of the screen:
