# MiSphere / MadVenture Camera: How to clear contents

The **MadVenture 360** app is no longer available for download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. As a result, camera contents can no longer be managed through the mobile app. This article explains how to clear your MiSphere/MadVenture camera's storage by manually deleting files from the microSD card using a computer.

### Steps:

1. **Power off the camera.**
2. **Remove the microSD card** from the camera.
3. **Insert the microSD card into a computer** using an SD card adapter or card reader.
4. Open the SD card in **File Explorer (Windows)** or **Finder (Mac)**.
5. Locate the photos and videos stored on the card.
6. **Delete the files** you no longer need to free up storage.
7. Empty the computer's **Recycle Bin/Trash** if necessary to ensure the files are permanently removed.
8. Safely eject the microSD card from your computer.
9. Reinsert the microSD card into the camera before using it again.
